Communication Construction & Engineering (CCE) is a full service provider of the construction of voice/data communication network infrastructures.

Our in-house crews are equipped to handle all aspects of underground outside plant (OSP) construction including: trenching, directional drilling, duct bank construction, vault placement, and cable placement. We don't stop there, once the construction is completed our skilled technicians can terminate, fusion splice and OTDR and power meter test to verify performance.
